A perfect spot for celebration of families, weddings, girl friend escapes or vacations. As a fur baby paradise, your beloved dogs are welcome up to a max of 2, no more than 75 pounds each. An area is available for your pets to romp in the coolness of the mountains. A pet fee per pet will be assessed.
We are managed by Galax Rentals, Holly Henry is our house manager. She and her staff will be available 24/7 to ensure your stay is perfect in every way. We are located in the Wildwood Mountains area of Highlands. Meandering soft roads perfect for the walk among the beautiful forests, springs and trees In this unique area. Beautiful firepit area is perfect for making priceless memories and smores! Gentle sunrises and exquisite sunsets await your exploration of this area. Far from any noise or interruptions of the restful sense of relaxation. We are 6.0 miles to Main Street Highlands.
THINGS TO KNOW PRIOR TO BOOKING:
Pets are allowed with a non refundable per pet deposit of $85 with a maximum of two dogs. This fee is for the additional cleaning necessary. An $1500 Damage Insurance Policy is required. Should there be damage over and above that amount, it will be billed to your credit card. Please be sure to pick up any pet waste and properly dispose of it. Should a guest fail to adhere, a $200 fee will be imposed to cover our costs associated with maintenance being required to walk the property to check for pet waste. Please help us keep this clean for all of our young guests to play worry-free! Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
This neighborhood has full time residents. Please be respectful of your noise before 9am and after 10 PM just as you would in your own home.
We provide a basic one night starter kit of coffee, creamers, sugar, garbage bags, paper towels and toliet tissue. There should be 2 dishwasher pods. Please be sure to save one for your final wash on the day you leave. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is adequately provided for your stay. televisions are in the living room, upstairs king, Master Bedroom and sofa bed room.
Fire wood is available for fire pit and fireplace for $85
Events are allowed on a very limited basis and must be pre-approved. There is an event fee and additional insurance required. Absolutely no fraternity/sorority, bachelorette or bachelor parties allowed.
