2. How do I book a rental property?
To book a property, browse available homes and select your desired dates. Once you choose a property, follow the online booking process to secure your reservation and complete payment.
3. What is the cancellation policy?
For stays of 29 nights or fewer, guests receive a full refund if canceling 30 or more days before check-in, a 50% refund if canceling 15–29 days before check-in, and no refund within 14 days of arrival.
For stays of 30 nights or more, extended cancellation timelines apply. Please review the full cancellation policy before booking.
4. Are pets allowed in the rentals?
Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly homes and must be disclosed at the time of booking. All pet-friendly homes require a mandatory pet fee (this does not apply to verified service animals). We only allow dogs in our pet-friendly properties. Cats, birds, reptiles, and any other animals are not permitted. Bringing unauthorized animals may result in additional charges or immediate eviction without refund. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.
5. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
6. Is there a maximum occupancy for each rental?
Yes. Each home has a maximum occupancy limit. The number of guests must not exceed this limit unless approved in advance. Additional charges or penalties may apply for unauthorized guests.
7. Are parties or events allowed?
Most properties are located in residential communities, and parties or large gatherings are not permitted unless approved in advance. Quiet hours are typically enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
8. What amenities are included in the rentals?
Amenities vary by property but may include fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi, outdoor living spaces, fireplaces, hot tubs, and more. Each property listing provides detailed information about included amenities.
